Computed Right-Of-Way (#41CC00) Moderate Accuracy ROW calculated from existing plats prepared on a known horizontal datum or existing established roadway geometry, Directly associated with its own digital CADD design file, and useful for project design & planning. Marginal Right-Of-Way (#A3FF73) Lowest Accuracy ROW derived from tracing scanned historical ROW plats that have been geo-referenced to a +/- 10-foot accuracy, No digital CADD design file exists In most cases, more accurate than the Maryland Property View Cadastral Tax Map or the 2011 SHA Estimated ROW layer when used for project design and planning.
