Description: SHA_POLY_MD_TOWN consists of the outlines of Maryland municipalities developed originally from DGN files. As annexations are resolved, they are delivered the MD Dept. of Legislative Reference. Every year, after July 1st, these annexation resolutions are picked up by The State Highway Administration. The annexations are plotted into TSD using the traverse tool in ArcMap to reflect the most current municipal boundaries for each town in the state.
